I’ve been feeling sickly all day and the best thing to eat when I feel ill and like I can’t be bothered with food is soup. This was Aparagus Cup a Soup, so real easy to make. I blanched a few leftover asparagus and added them to the soup to make it healthier. It’s healthy if it has veg in it right? I also ate some wholewheat bread with it.

Protein per portion: 5 or 7 grams, definitely need a substantial protein input for other meals through the day!
